Subject : Consolidated Guidelines for framing/amending and notification of recruitment rules for posts in Delhi Administration, Delhi

Sir / Madam,

I am to invite a reference to this Administration's OM No. F.2(49)/88-S.II dated 30-11-1988 and 24-10-1990, on the subject cited above, and to say that most of the departments are not processing the proposals in accordance with the instructions contained in the O.M. referred above.

Copies of the O.Ms, referred above, dated 30-11-1988 and 24-10-1990, is again being circulated herewith for ready reference. The departments may follow these guidelines while forwarding the proposals for recruitment rules/amendment thereof.

In case any difficulty arises, while processing the proposal for framing/amendment/notification of RRs, an officer of appropriate level and well conversant with the proposal may discuss the same with the undersigned on any Tuesday or Friday (fore-noon) after fixing an appointment on phone so that the procedural delays can be avoided.
